Marshall Gardner’s practice is devoted
almost exclusively to civil litigation matters. His practice
has historically focused on three areas: products liability,
lender liability and professional liability.
Products
liability cases defended by Marshall include aviation failures,
offshore oil rig collapses, and structural failures of
commercial
buildings.
Marshall represents major banking and financial
institutions in a broad range of lender liability cases,
professional liability, as
well as directors and officers and error and omissions actions.
Marshall has served as a Special Judge for
the District Court of Mobile County and the Probate Court
of Mobile County.
