Since early days of his practice, Tom Styron has successfully defended chemical exposure and contamination cases along the Gulf Coast. His clients include manufacturers of specialty chemicals and agricultural chemicals, for whom he has handled class actions and multiparty personal injury claims related to their products. Tom has particular expertise in the electronic management of large document cases, including the use of overseas resources to cost efficiently manage such document intensive cases.

Additionally, Tom has historically defended medical device and pharmaceutical liability claims, as well as handling administrative law matters involving medical license issues.

Tom also has a recognized expertise in construction law, and has litigated construction issues involving large industrial complexes.

Tom is a regular speaker at seminars for lawyers and business in areas within his practice field.
