Phase II Storm Water Regulation
and Compliance in Alabama — March 14, 2007
Tom Styron of Vickers, Riis,
together with Patrick Hallet of Hallet Environmental, LLC, presented
the program "Phase II Storm Water
Regulation and Compliance in Alabama". The course addressed
the expanded scope of the most recent amendments to the Clean Water
Act and compliance with the newest regulations. The program was
designed to familiarize professionals with the key elements of
the Phase II
stormwater regulations and how they are applied in Alabama, as
well as NPDES permitting, Best Management Practices, Construction
and
Small Construction activities, Municipal Separate Stormwater Sewer
Systems, and Point and Non-Point Source Pollution issues.
