Clay Lanham was recently a featured speaker at the "Fundamentals of Real Estate Development Seminar" held in Mobile, Alabama. The seminar was designed to help attendees understand the overall "big picture" of real estate development, how to gain control of property, conduct effectrive due diligence, acquire financing, guide projects through the approval process, and the sales, leasing and management of commercial property. The seminar was presented for lenders, architects, engineers, developers, land use planners and property managers and attorneys.
