Tom Styron spoke at the March 6, 2007 National Business Institute seminar entitled "Resolving Problems and Disputes on Construction Projects in Alabama". The program focused on avoidance of problems in the bid process, handling of deficiencies in the plans and specifications, managing contract changes, performance and delay issues, payment settlement options and effective means of dispute resolution. The program was geared to assist entities who regularly face these types of problems, including contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, developers and construction managers.
