General Litigation

A significant portion of the litigation handled by Vickers, Riis, Murray and Curran, L.L.C. has been defense work for insurance companies and self insured clients. This work has consisted of the defense of municipal and county liability claims, constitutional and civil rights claims, motor vehicle accidents, state and federal workers’ compensation claims, fraud claims, negligence and wantonness claims, wrongful death claims, medical and nursing home malpractice, negligent repair and manufacturing claims, products liability claims, employment discrimination claims, professional E & O claims, and other general liability claims.
