An extension of the firm's business practice is not only its representation of its clients in financial and banking matters, but also its representation of banks and thrift institutions, especially in the areas of commercial and real estate loan documentation, ship and vessel financing, and commercial and trust litigation. The firm predominately, but not exclusively, handles creditor claims in bankruptcy and has also represented certain debtors in Chapter 11 proceedings.
